Heart/Lung Transplant Appointments and Locations

Your appointments will be scheduled by the administrative staff in the cardiothoracic (heart/lung) transplant office.

You can be seen at both the Phoenix Transplant Medical Office or at University Medical Center in Tucson. To schedule your appointment, please contact the cardiothoracic transplant office at (520) 694-6299.
