UMC announces El Tour de Tucson "chance" bike winner

University Medical Center announces the winner of the "chance" bike raffle held during the El Tour de Tucson exposition and race: Phil Russo, of Tucson.
The chance raffle was held to raise funds for Diamond Children's Medical Center at UMC.
